Fun and family were the keynotes for Kristine and Chris’s beautiful outdoor wedding at the groom’s family farm near Harvard, Massachusetts. Dad built the arbor, and then we stepped in and covered it with an abundance of greenery and beautiful open roses in their peach, white, and cream color palette. This outdoor-loving couple wanted to be married close to nature so we designed a bridal bouquet that was the epitome of rustic elegance, mixing roses and peonies and meadow-style accents in a loose bountiful garden-style bouquet that the bride loved, as did we! The bridesmaids’ bouquets sounded a softer note in whites and creams. For the centerpieces, to personalize this outdoor wedding of Kris and Chris, we used wooden boxes full of roses and greenery with unique accents like leucadendron and lotus pods. Floral door wreaths, a white floral crown, personalized barn cookies, and brown-eyed dog friends rounded out the happy event catered farm-to-table by Salt Box Kitchen.
