Golden yellow sunflowers and bright smiles filled Gemma and Eric’s late spring wedding day. We happily embraced the vibrant and happy palette this couple wanted, creating a joyful swag of sunflowers, punch-colored roses, purple-blue delphinium and quirky blue thistle to frame the couple as they spoke their vows. The gardens at the lovely Lyman Estate provided the perfect backdrop for this British bride to marry her American groom–amidst a sea of fascinators worn by the guests! Our inspired addition of white ranunculus and sweet spray roses added a romantic touch to the bride’s sunflower bouquet while garden-inspired centerpieces featured sunflowers and blue thistle with striking purple anemones, golden tulips, and white delphinium in rustic wood containers to compliment the garden setting. The wedding day was complete when the fun-loving couple cut into a cake displaying Old Glory and the Union Jack topped with their bobble-head replicas—the bobble-head bride with a sunflower bouquet in hand! Here’s to sunny days ahead…
