Spring Time, Tulip Time! with The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle and Copper Penny Flowers
A fundraiser for The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle, the largest source of post-secondary scholarships for community students.
Celebrate May Day, the festival of spring, with a design class featuring one of the season’s most popular flowers—the tulip! Copper Penny Flowers Owner Jennifer Eaton demonstrates how to arrange tulips and more with a spring flower arrangement using a recycled container.
Come prepared with a container measuring 4-5” across–a soup can, a jar, a favorite vase. Discover wondrous varieties of tulip blooms–fringed, double, parrot, lily-flowered–while learning the ins and outs of arranging with these phototropic beauties.
Floral supplies will include a mix of tulips and other premium flowers and greens and can be ordered for pick-up or delivery on April 30. Hand snips will be needed to participate in the class, and can be purchased with the class supplies. Registration for the class closes on Thursday, April 29.
To participate, please select the supplies and the admission below. Zoom details will be emailed to you in advance of the event.
