Ordering your flowers for delivery directly from a local florist is ALWAYS the best service and the best value for you, the customer. Here’s why:
- You find out what specific fresh flowers are available for the time period you’re ordering.
- You speak directly to the shop that creates your arrangement about your preferences.
- You give delivery information directly to the delivering shop; the shop can contact you if there are questions.
- You get the best value for your investment. If you use an order-gathering service, they take a cut–up to 30%–just to “gather” your order, which they will likely then send to a local florist! But now that local florist has less money to create the flower arrangement you are expecting your recipient to receive. Or the service may send directly, by drop shipping the flowers which means your recipient receives cut flowers and a vase, not arranged.
When Copper Penny Can Facilitate Out-Of-Town Orders
If you are not comfortable with your knowledge of flowers or plants, and you want someone you trust and respect to help you place an out-of-town floral order, do call us at Copper Penny. We are happy to help you. We charge a small service fee for sending out your order, and then provide all the personal service you need. In addition, Copper Penny is a member of B Brooks Fine Flowers, a nationwide consortium of florists specializing in premium flowers. This membership is by invitation only; all B Brooks florists are vetted to ensure premiere service and floral designs before they are invited to join. If we cannot locate a B Brooks florist for your out-of-town order, we have additional networks to locate an appropriate florist to take care of your delivery.
No matter where the flowers you order are being delivered, if you order through Copper Penny, we own the responsibility of making sure you are a satisfied customer.
