Love was the order of the day, along with the resident llama, for bride Christine and groom Joe at the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton, Massachusetts. The wedding party went formal in black and white to step back into this world of majestic homes, elegant gardens, and once-upon-a-time carriage rides. Here the formal garden is planted with hundreds of spring and summer bulbs along with fragrant roses and perennials, providing a perfect backdrop for this June wedding. To match the elegance of the day, we created bridal and bridesmaids bouquets that were mostly white, with just a touch of soft romantic pink accented with draping greenery. We went bolder with the ceremony hobnail and reception table designs, featuring irresistible pink peonies and garden roses. A mix of lanterns with flower-accented eucalyptus garlands and delightful centerpieces featuring flowers selected for the wedding bouquets–plus tulips!–decorated the reception tables for these college sweethearts. Catering was by our friends at Fireside Catering. We think the sun setting over the gardens is surely smiling on this couple and their beautiful rose-filled first day together as husband and wife…
