Natasha and Patrick chose the majestic outdoor backdrop of the Fruitlands Museum property for their August wedding themed on variations of the color of the year, Pantone Ultraviolet. We loved this palette and the opportunity to create on-trend floral designs for this couple’s once-in-a-lifetime day. The bride’s flared classic sheath gown was a flawless partner for the forever gorgeous wild-flower inspired bridal bouquet featuring dusty lilac roses, clematis, thistle, sword fern, and pennycress. And how the bridesmaids’ mauve gowns create a made-to-order frame for Natasha and her bouquet! We decorated our birch arbor with a spectacular swag in the wedding color palette, picture-perfect against the purple-hued mountains. Centerpieces in rustic wooden boxes featured smaller flowers, in keeping with a natural organic look, surrounded by a variety of our glass votive candle holders to brighten the evening. After cutting their cake–topped with just-married Natasha and Patrick Giraffe–we imagine the couple happily walked off into a mauve sunset…
